Dhruvansh.org values every contribution and works to ensure transparency in our operations. Below are the guidelines for refund and cancellation of donations.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be considered if the donor made an error during the transaction, such as duplicate donations or incorrect amounts.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the donation date.
- Approved refunds will be Credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to info.dhruvansh@gmail.com with your donation details, including transaction ID, amount, and reason for the request.
- Refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Cancellation Policy
- Once a donation is made, cancellations are not permitted as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing projects.
Note
- Administrative fees or processing charges incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.
